pairing novices and instructors is part science, and part art... but it is definitely not random. A combination of factors like car type, age, gender, experience level, and more are all reviewed to identify compatible pairs. A novice driver is welcome to request a specific instructor, just send an email. However, even in the case that a novice driver will be working with an instructor that they've never met, he can always be assured that the instructors are well-qualified and carefully screened.
