Purpose built race car for former Panoz Racing Series, run by the American Le Mans Racing Series
Chassis # PGTWC20, White / Silver (#21 currently on car).
Signed and driven by Brian Redman!
Car has been dyno tuned and corner weighted by Longhorn Raceworks in Houston, TX.
Fresh heads which were professionally rebuilt with competition 3 angle valve job, etc.
18" BBS wheels with Hoosier slicks
GT-WC model has Ford drivetrain: Cobra 4.6L 4V, 4 cam engine, approx: 310 HP
Tremec heavy duty 5 spd (with the short ratio 5th gear),
Ford 9" rear end (rebuilt with less than 10 hours),
Brembo brakes with cockpit adjustment
Penske adjustable race shocks
New rear window
New windshield
Sparco FIA approved racing seat
Pi 2 programmable dash / data logging system.
Also new Autometer dash mounted tachometer and shift light
Fire system, competition seat belts, emergency cut-off switch, and window net
Includes log book from the Panoz Race Series and Panoz GTS Manual
These cars make excellent track day cars. They have been designed and built to be fast, reliable, safe, and cheap to run. Runs on pump gas, and easy to repair. All parts are still available
Also now vintage eligible with some race groups, (HSR), and also run with NASA
We've sold over 55 of the Panoz GT-RA, (school), GT-WC, (Race Series), and GTS, (SCCA GT2) race cars, with many satified customers! These cars were built and designed to be low maintenance, and have proven themselves with the Panoz racing School and Series. My customers love these cars because they do not come up for sale
very often. They meet all of the requirements for making an excellent DE car:
very safe: purpose built race car with a strong and comprehensive roll cage structure, fuel cell, and built in fire system
reliable: using most Ford and Coleman Racing "off the shelf" components, which are not overly stressed
easy to repair: the hood panel removes to make most everything very accessible, also in the event of an accident, the front subframe is
replaceable, as are the body panels
easy to source parts: at reasonable prices, since most components are Ford, Coleman Racing, and Panoz, parts are readily available and reasonably priced fast, strong V8 engine, lightweight chassis, and huge Brembo brakes makes the Panoz fast, fun, and easy to drive
top quality components: Brembo brakes, Tremec transmission, Performance Friction rotors, Coleman Racing uprights and control arms, Ford Cobra drivetrain, Ford 9" rear, Penske shocks, etc.
easy to upgrade: the chassis, brakes, suspension, etc. are the same as the more powerful GTS Panoz race cars, you can upgrade the engine up to 500 HP and you already have the chassis and brakes equipped to handle the extra power
low maintenance: take care of this car, with frequent oil changes, check over after and before each use, to keep the maintenance low

Parts are available from several sources: Ford, (and any Ford or aftermarket parts supplier, Coleman racing, Panoz Auto Development, (in GA), and I also have some used parts available
