16 is the minimum age. Passenger registration is available at the track at every event. No advance registration necessary.

Yes, Gary. An additional parental waiver/consent form is applicable for minor children younger than 18. With the appropriate documentation, a solo-qualified parent driver may take a teenage child as a passenger.

to validate the above, Dave is correct. A driver in any solo category may have a passenger ride along. Passenger registration is required.

I'm not Management, but once you are solo qualified you can have passengers at Chin events (once they register and pay the $20 fee).
There is a very high expectation that you will drive well below your potential limit in order to provide a safe environment for you and your passenger.
