   * for solo drivers: 35 openings remaining
   * for novice drivers: 7 openings remaining
Total Registration is limited to 80 participants

FEES
  • Track Event Registration: $549
  • Second Driver Fee: $150
  • Instructor Fee (required for novice drivers): $49
  • Optional Lunch Fee: $45
  • Registration fees are for 2-day participation
  • TracQuest format: 3 run groups only, limited enrollment, about 3 hours daily track time to each group.

INSTRUCTORS
  • The instructor quota has been filled, and instructor registration is closed.

  • For new instructors, registration is available only with prior approval.

  • Track fees are always complimentary for instructors
FOOD & BEVERAGE
  • The deluxe TracQuest format includes trackside continental breakfast in the garage each day.
  • Also, soft drinks and waters are included throughout the day
  • The optional lunch is a catered hot buffet at the Pagoda room, trackside, $45 for both days.
  • The optional catering can be selected when completing event registration.
HOTEL
  • Best Western/Windsor Inn & Suites, 434.483.5000
  • Ask for Chin group rates, $72 and up. Call directly for reservations.
  • The Best Western/Windsor Suites is a new hotel, about 20 min from the track, near the Danville airport.
  • CUT-OFF DATE is 2 weeks prior to event. Rates will be higher for reservations made after the cut-off.
  • A limited number of rooms are available trackside at the VIR Lodge, 434.822.2680.
CONVERTIBLES/ROADSTERS/CABRIOLETS
  • VIR has a requirement for fixed 4-point (or better) roll bars, or 3-point hoops behind the seat for roadsters.
    This is a strict track standard. Street convertibles and cabriolets with OEM roll protection
    are generally NOT ACCEPTED.
CO-DRIVERS/CAR SHARING
  • Co-drivers are welcome, sharing a car in the same run group.
  • Please note: 2 drivers in 2 different run groups requires 2 primary registrations.
  • A 2nd driver can be added to any primary registration for an additional $150/2-day fee.
  • Like all drivers, a co-driver must have current membership in Chin Motorsports.
MEMBERSHIP
  • Like most track time car clubs, Chin Motorsports has an annual membership, required for all drivers.
